  1. Once you have found a home for rent using our Available Rentals button, download and print the above rental application. 

  2. Fill out the Application and Release and drop off, send, fax, or email to RMS. Applications will NOT be processed until the $50 application fee has been received. For your convenience you may drop off your application and fee at our Suwanee office (address below). 

    If you wish, you may pay your $50 fee online using PayPal.  You do NOT have to sign up for PayPal to use this feature.  Just click the button below and use your Debit/Credit Card securely online.  Please read our disclosure before paying online.

  3. Your application will be processed and you will be notified of approval within  24-48 hours.

  2. Once completed, you may send, fax, email, or drop off your application to RMS. 

  3. Your application will be processed and you will be contacted within 24-48 hours.

 

Online Payment Disclosure: ALL applications must be submitted with a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee. If you choose to pay online, and then never complete and submit an application, your fee will NOT be refunded. Please do NOT submit your fee online unless you plan on submitting your application as well. There will be a $2.00 service fee added to your $50 payment. By choosing to pay online through PayPal, you are also agreeing to these terms!
