  • In order to rent to the best and most qualified renter, we will conduct a credit, employment and residence history check
  • Meet with and negotiate a rental agreement with YOUR best interests in mind
  • We always use the most current Georgia rental agreement and exhibits that provide you with all the protection you need and are entitled to under the current Georgia Landlord-Tenant Law
  • We will meet with Tenant and review rental agreement in detail, answer all their questions and get signatures from all parties
  • Before move-in, we will conduct a thorough move-in inspection in order to document the condition of the rental property in writing
  • Throughout the rental agreement, we will handle maintenance requests from the Tenant in order to screen out unnecessary requests from the Tenant
  • If needed, we will use reasonably priced maintenance experts who will handle your investment with professionalism
  • Each month, we will collect rent and use all legal rent collection strategies and procedures when rent is past due
  • Provide you with a monthly statement
  • When lease is near expiration, we will handle move-out or renewals
  • If renter is moving, we will conduct a move-out inspection and make necessary deductions for damages
  • If renter is renewing, we will then handle the renewal in your best interest

Pricing: Rental Checks:
  • Initial Agreement---One month's rent + 7% each month thereafter

  • Renewal Agreement--$300 + 7% each month thereafter

RMS will send rental checks between the 12th and 15th of each month.
